Order progress, processing times and availability

There is an update from ACS and Geniki Taxidromiki on long delays in all areas. At the moment severe delays are experienced in Attica.

At the moment the biggest delays are in the ATHENS KD because for 2 days the robots were damaged and out of production.  The main problems are located at the Athens Bus Station, Piraeus Bus Station, Schimatari Bus Station, Ampelokipoi, Halandri and a few others but they are controllable. The rest of Greece is running smoothly with controlled delays due to the holidays.


-The rest of the agencies have minor delays depending on the volume.

For each of the following stages of processing your order, toys-shop.gr informs you both to your email and to your mobile phone via SMS or VIBER.

1st update ORDER CONFIRMATION
you receive a CONFIRMATION message when you successfully place your order you receive the number and detailed order details

2nd update PACKAGING STAGE
you receive a PICK message when it is your order's turn to be picked, which means that it is being processed to be prepared for dispatch

3rd update SHIPPING STAGE
you get a SHIPPING message when your order is shipped you receive the voucher shipping number and tracking link so you can track the progress of your order

Order processing time is the time it takes for the order to be prepared, packed and invoiced so that it is ready for dispatch. The average order processing time is 1-2 working days if all products are available in the store processing the order. Otherwise it is 2-4 working days. The above times may increase depending on the volume of orders and the delays that shipping companies may have.

Always choose the shipping company that you know serves you best.

The following are indicative as they vary depending on the region and the shipping company.

For Courier delivery times are :

- delivery in 1-4 working days in mainland Greece from the date of shipment
- delivery in 4-8 working days in mainland Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of dispatch

For transport companies the delivery times are

- delivery within 4-8 working days in mainland Greece from the date of dispatch
- delivery within 5-15 working days in mainland Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of dispatch

The stock in the eshop corresponds with our warehouse. If it says it is in stock, it is. If it says last items in stock (1-5 items) it may need to be checked. If it mentions out of stock it is valid and certainly not anticipated to come back until the end of the year.
