Deliveries European Union are carried out with

-DHL courier with delivery in 2-6 working days and a minimum cost of 15€

Shipping to Cyprus
Deliveries in Cyprus are carried out with

- Fast Parcel Cyprus Shipping with delivery in 7-10 working days from the day of shipment.There is a limitation on the shipping weight either volumetric or actual at 30kg.

- DHL Express with delivery in 1-2 working days from the day of shipment.There is a limitation on the weight of the shipment either volumetric or actual at 20kg.

- Boxnow with delivery in 2 working days from the day of shipment.There is a limitation on the shipping weight, volumetric 60x44x17cm and actual at 4kg.

Shipping methods to Greece
Deliveries are carried out by courier (ACS courier, Elta Courier Porta Porta, Speedex) at the customer's choice. All deliveries are made to your door except for the choice of EPL carrier where depending on the area it is either on the pavement or pick up from their headquarters.

If you have placed an order with registration, you will receive a notification in your mail, the day of dispatch of your order with all the shipping details and the shipping ID (voucher) of the parcel so you can see where your shipment is (tracking) at any time.

When it comes to bulky products such as carts, bicycles, motorcycles, swings, cots, houses, etc. then the shipment is made through a transport company.

Pick up from the store
In-store pickup is available:

- with free shipping via internal delivery (delivery takes 15+ business days) 

- with a €2 shipping fee for products/orders up to 10 kg (actual or volumetric weight; shipping takes 1–4 business days).

Note: Please do not come to the store until we have first notified you via SMS on your mobile phone that your order is ready.

Shipping weight
In cases where the volumetric weight of a shipment is greater than the actual weight, the shipment will be charged based on the volumetric weight. The volumetric weight is calculated based on the formula: Volumetric weight in kilograms = Length x Width x Height in centimetres / 5000

Transport costs (Greece)
Shipping is FREE for orders over 49€ and up to 6Kg (Real or Volumetric).
Below 49€ the charge is only from 3,20€ (up to 2Kg) for the whole of Greece.

The products have a chargeable weight (Actual or Volumetric), when you complete the order and when you select the county you see the exact shipping cost for each shipping company.
So the extra charge, if any, is added to the total cost and you can see it in detail when you complete your order.

Order processing time
Order processing time is the time it takes for the order to be prepared, packed and invoiced so that it is ready to be shipped. The average order processing time is 1-2 business days if all products are available in the store processing the order. Otherwise it is 2-4 working days. The above times may increase depending on the volume of orders and the delays that shipping companies may have. As an indication, orders that come in before 12:00 on weekdays during a normal traffic period are prepared and shipped the same day.


Delivery time by the carriers

For Courier delivery times are

- delivery within 1-2 working days in mainland Greece from the date of dispatch
- delivery within 2-4 working days in mainland Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of dispatch

For transport companies the delivery times are

- delivery in 2-8 working days in Continental Greece from the date of dispatch
- delivery within 5-10 working days in mainland Greece or to inaccessible destinations from the date of dispatch

Estimated delivery date

Estimated delivery date is the time required to process the order together with the delivery time by the carriers. The above is calculated automatically and is not binding.

Order Delay

Any delay in your order may be due to one of the following reasons:

- The supplier has delayed shipping the product. In order to offer you variety and competitive prices we order our products from a large list of suppliers, both Greek and foreign. It happens , however, that many times an order is delayed in customs or in transit. In such cases we contact you and ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the specific product or replacing it with another one that we will recommend. This item will be sent to you immediately upon receipt in our warehouses.

- The item you have ordered has already been discontinued and is not available. In the products available through our online store many times there is the phenomenon of a supplier announcing without warning that he is discontinuing some products. And in this case a person from our company will contact you in order to provide you with alternatives.

- When extreme weather conditions or strikes occur and generally in cases of force majeure that affect the smooth transport and delivery.

- During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Halloween).

- Finally, in any case where it is not possible to contact you (by phone or email) to address any problems , regarding your order or payment of your order.

The above charges include freight insurance and packaging costs where applicable.
