Returns

Buying from Toys-shop you have the security of easy return without any fuss and excuses.

In all of the following cases you can contact us where you can record your request for a product replacement or refund and we will help you to do this as soon as possible.

See below for all refund cases:

Healthy product
Withdrawal: Within fifteen (15) calendar days from the day we receive your order, you have the right to cancel for any reason. Refund for the purchase of the product minus the shipping costs to our warehouse.

Manufacturing defect
If you have requested a replacement product we will replace the product and send it to you free of charge.
If you have requested a refund we will refund your money.
In this case we will refund the return shipping cost of the product to our warehouse if you send us the receipt at info@toys-shop.gr

Misuse / Incorrect use
or return the product at the recipient's charge based on the official price list of the courier/shipping company or request the final destruction of the product

Incorrect Order Execution
In this case we will contact you by phone to process your request.
or sending the correct package and reimbursement of the shipping costs for sending the incorrect package to our warehouse. or a refund of your order.

The right of withdrawal according to article 4 § 10 of the law. 2251/1994 does not apply:

To categories of products that concern:

    Supply of goods which can be altered
    Supply of goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene
    Supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery
    Supply of sealed goods which are liable to deterioration and which have been unsealed after delivery
    Supply of sealed sound or video recordings or sealed computer software which have been unsealed after delivery
    Products which have been used or customised after delivery
    Products which have been made to order according to specifications set by the consumer
    Products that have been purchased on an invoice (1a para. 1 of Act 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

Returns are not accepted even if they are in their original condition for books, films, uniforms, batteries and flying toys.
