Penelope S. Delta, one of the most important children's literature writers in the life of Christ, published in 1925, recounts in simple and understandable language for children all the events of the Gospels. From the birth of God, his encounter with the disciples, the miracles and the parables, to the crucifixion and the Resurrection, the author narrates the life of Jesus by citing glittering images of the time and a multitude of historical elements. "This is how Jesus was teaching, sometimes with parables and sometimes without, and he was always approaching Jerusalem. The crowds were standing and listened to him, but every so often Jesus was watered with new bitterness and sorrows, because there were no missing and insults, contemptoms and mockery. Always sweet, he was pulling his way ... teaching, explaining, visceral and carter, scattering love to everyone, giving hope to even the most desperate. "
